Article 1 (Purpose)
- These Terms of Use govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions, and procedures between SquashRT (the "Service") and its users in connection with the use of the SquashRT squash rhythm training web application provided at squashrt.com.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the SquashRT web application and all related features, including training, online matches, rankings, records, court view, and the blog.
- "User" means anyone who accesses or uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "Content" means all text, images, records, rankings, match data, and other materials provided through or generated within the Service.
- "Online Match" means a feature in which real-time play takes place between users.
- "Free Service" means a service provided to users at no charge.
- "Paid Service" means a service that a user uses by paying a fee, and that the Service may offer in whole or in part in the future.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Service website, and apply to all users of the Service.
- The Service may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and the amended Terms take effect upon being posted on the website.
- If a user continues to use the Service after the amended Terms are posted, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Provision and Changes of the Service)
- The Service is currently provided as a Free Service and includes squash rhythm training, online matches, rankings, match records, court view, and related features.
- The Service may offer some features as a Paid Service in the future. The conditions of use, fees, payment, and refunds for any Paid Service shall be separately defined and announced in advance.
- The Service may change, add, or discontinue all or part of its features for operational or technical reasons.
- The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, inspection, replacement, or failure of equipment, or for other operational needs.
Article 5 (Obligations of Users)
- Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, usage guidance, and any notices posted in connection with the Service.
- Users must not interfere with the operation of the Service, manipulate records or rankings, or use automated tools, bots, or exploits.
- Users must not infringe the rights of others or post or transmit unlawful, abusive, or offensive content.
- Users are responsible for any information, names, or content they enter in training or online match screens.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service and its provided content belong to the Service operator.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the content of the Service without prior consent, except as permitted by law.
- Records and rankings generated by users through play may be displayed within the Service for ranking, history, and related features.
- When you sign in (for example with Google), the training/match records, performance metrics, and play-activity history you generate are stored linked to your account and shown on your My Page; you may request their correction or deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
- A Free Service is provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the Service assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of a Free Service except in cases of the Service's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- For a Paid Service, the scope of warranty and liability shall follow the separate terms of that Paid Service and applicable law, and the limitations on Free Services in this Article do not automatically apply.
- The Service is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters or equivalent unavoidable circumstances.
- The Service is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's network environment, device, or browser.
- The Service is not liable for damages arising from data loss, latency, or interruption during online matches that are beyond its reasonable control.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
- Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith consultation between the user and the Service.
- Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and general practice.
