Training Guide

Progressive squash drills in one flow: receive rhythm, court movement, T recovery, shot accuracy and reaction speed.

On-Court Indicators

Player

The circle you control. Tap or click a spot on the court to move there.

Power Donut

The player-coloured ring inside the shot area, at full arm extension (about 80% of your reach) — think of it as the sweet spot on the racket face. Striking the ball on this ring gives the strongest shot; hitting it too close to your body is weaker.

Shot Area

The white dotted ring around the player — your reach (about 1.3 m). You can hit the ball only while it is inside this ring.

Controls

Move to the incoming ball first, then press and swipe to hit when it enters your shot area (the dotted ring). Swipe direction picks the shot — up = drive, left/right = side-wall boast, down = back-wall boast; your swipe SPEED is your swing speed — it sets power and depth. To lob, tap the LOB button in the bottom-right corner ON (it lights up), move to the ball, then swipe — your shot lofts high.

Training Effect

Playing the drills builds realistic rally patterns while sharpening reaction speed, shot accuracy and T-recovery habits together.
