Pressure Finisher

The point-ending sequence under fatigue — boast, sprint, drop; cross, recover, drive; twice through without rest. The quality of the last drop is the whole test.

Rally Shots 6

Full-Court Match Pattern

A realistic rally script — serve-depth drive, cross exchange, boast trigger, drop, lob reset, then an attacking drop to finish. Every phase of a real point in one sequence.

Rally Shots 8

Length + Boast Trigger

Trade straight lengths until the coach suddenly boasts — sprint, drop, then rebuild the length rally. Watch the coach's racket, not the wall — spotting the trigger early is the drill.

Rally Shots 7

Drop–Lob Combo

Counter-drop while you can attack; when the boast stretches you, lob out — then the straight-drive escape. Choosing between touch and height under pressure is the drill.

Rally Shots 5

Four-Corner Rotation

One full lap of the court, twice — drop at the front, dig the drive deep, lob out of the boast, finish with a rail. Four corners, four different answers, one recovery habit.

Rally Shots 8

Hold & Drop

Two patient deep drives, THEN the drop when the boast comes. Learning when NOT to go short is half the skill — earn the front court with length first.

Rally Shots 6

Back-Wall Boast Escape

The feed dies in the middle of the back wall — escape with a back-wall boast that floats to the front. Open the face fully and lift high; height is the whole shot.

Feed Shots 4

Counter-Drop (L)

Coach drops on the left; answer with a counter-drop, again and again — pure touch until the final straight-drive escape. Stay low through contact; play it with your legs as much as your hands.

Rally Shots 5

Counter-Drop (R)

Coach drops; answer with a counter-drop, again and again — the ball lives in the front-right until the final straight-drive escape. Stay low through contact; play it with your legs as much as your hands.

Rally Shots 5

Boast, Lob, Drive Cycle

The classic three-shot cycle — boast from the back, cross lob from the front, drive it deep — with the roles rotating every ball. The defensive lob working inside a live pattern.

Rally Shots 6

3-Corner Triangle (L)

Mirror pattern — boast from the back-right, straight drop left, cross drive, boast. Three corners on the other wing; racket prepared before the bounce, always through the T.

Rally Shots 6

3-Corner Triangle (R)

Coach boasts, you drop straight; coach cross-drives, you boast. Three corners, a new decision every ball — racket prepared before the bounce, always through the T.

Rally Shots 6

Drop Finisher (L/R)

Drive the mid-court feed deep, then finish the next short feed with a straight drop — right side twice, then left. Length first: the deep drive is what earns the drop.

Feed Shots 6

Drive then Drop (L)

Coach keeps dropping short on the left; you keep driving deep — sprint in, drive, recover, again. Quiet upper body, one big final lunge step — front-court coverage under fatigue.

Rally Shots 6

Drive then Drop (R)

Coach keeps dropping short; you keep driving deep — sprint in, drive, recover, again. Quiet upper body, one big final lunge step — front-court coverage under fatigue.

Rally Shots 6

Deep Cross Rally

Cross-court against cross-court, corner to corner — every ball wide enough to hit the side wall behind the box. Anything landing mid-court gets punished by the next shot.

Rally Shots 6

Volley Drop (L/R)

Deep feeds — cut them off at the short line with a soft volley drop into the nearest front corner. Block, don't swing: a loose grip kills the pace.

Feed Shots 4

Cross & Straight Weave

Coach hits cross-court, you answer straight — moving through the T on every ball. Set your feet before contact; full-court length under movement.

Rally Shots 6

Rail Rally (L)

Straight-drive rally locked to the left wall — every ball deep into the back-left corner. Recover toward the T between shots; tightness is the score, not pace.

Rally Shots 6

Rail Rally (R)

Straight-drive rally locked to the right wall — every ball deep into the back-right corner. Recover toward the T between shots; tightness is the score, not pace.
